Refund and return policy
Due to the nature of the items we make and sell, we are unable to provide any returns or refund. however, if you are unhappy about a product you've purchased please contact us and we will do everything we can to correct the problem.

Please understand that we make every product by hand and in small batches therefore sometimes when we hand cut our soap, the shape is not always as portrayed in the pictures. Our artists do their best to design the same product over and over but this is all hand crafted and it is impossible for final product to appear the same every batch.
